Terms of service

RedQR is a platform that lets you create dynamic QR codes, customise them and track their scans. The free plan includes up to 5 dynamic QRs; the Premium plan includes unlimited QRs, instant redirect and full analytics.

To save QRs and access the dashboard you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that occurs under your account.

The Premium plan is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices and features are listed on the Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Promotional prices are valid only for the period indicated at the time of purchase.

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your dashboard. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will go back to the free plan. We do not offer partial refunds for unused periods.

You agree not to use RedQR to:

• Create QRs that link to illegal content, malware, phishing or that infringe third-party rights • Send unsolicited traffic or artificially inflate scan counts • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or compromise the service

We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

The RedQR brand, design and code are owned by us. Your QR content (URLs and names) belongs to you. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content in order to operate the service.

We provide the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of RedQR. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

If we modify these terms we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
